Smart land had done outstanding renovations both interior and exterior they have installed waterproof vinyl flooring redone our parking lot and several renovation including a pet park and nice interior morals pictures of Cleveland's downtown in the hallways... I had to move out from Breakwater Tower due to relocation. But if I ever move back to Cleveland - Breakwater Tower is the place I would like to move into. They just started to renovate that place, built a dog park, changed the front entrance, added new flooring.... After talking to one of the crew guys I learned that they are going to renovate each unit and add all kinds of awesome amenities... Located only 10 min away from downtown, and being 2-3 times cheaper than most apartments at ...

downtown... Yeah I want to be back in Cle and I want to live at this place.

The Breakwater Towers has been my home since 2015. I enjoy living here.. The staff is professional and friendly.
