NOW LEASING FOR AUGUST 2023! On campus near ARC and stadium. Smith Apartments received the 2017 Customer Service Award presented by the University of Illinois Tenant Union. We are family-owned and managed, and we celebrate that we have been able to provide comfortable housing for students and others in the community for over 60 years.
