It’s an amazing place to stay. Maintenance is great. They always show up on time. Shuttle service is good as well. No bugs and that’s the biggest plus for me. The view from my balcony is amazing too. Highly recommend if you are an ASU Tempe campus student.

Could not leave this place fast enough. Awful staff who really can't do anything because the manager leaves early every single day. Maintenance has come into my room multiple times without knocking, sometimes waking me up by saying "maintenance" while standing at the foot of my bed. The shuttle sounds good, but it constantly packed with an extremely hazardous amount of people, who are all sweating and falling on you bc you're already touching and the drivers are apparently unaware of the fact ...
that there are 30 people on the bus, most standing up. Loud landscaping every morning at 6 am, there's only one trash chute for the whole complex, so garbage is left around constantly, and spills and or throw up take weeks to get cleaned. I knew my time here would be awful in the beginning, because they screwed up my lease 4 times, and then failed to give me the promotional rent price I was promised, which was a huge reason I signed a lease at all.

I've been living at Regents for over a year now, and I can't wait to move out at the end of July. It's incredibly dirty. At any given time, there's vomit, pee or poop (probably animal) on the floor. there's no noise barrier at all now. It's way too overpriced, there are much better apartments, especially if you are a student.

Regents on University is absolutely amazing. Moved here in August in a two bedroom and I love the cleanness of the whole complex. The staff is by far very willing to help out with any situation you may have. There are no problems here at all. This is apartment is a game-changer and I'm sure you will love it too. I'm so blessed to be living here and will continue to live here.
