Unreliable Shuttle Service
November 7, 2019The shuttle service is promised as a very reliable, convenient way to get from SoL, campus and back. However, it seems that lately (and apparently, for the past several years) the shuttle service has barely managed to maintain this promise. Shuttles are unreliable, untimely, and oftentimes non-existent. Although management never fails to apologize for unforeseen inconveniences, it seems that there is no end in sight to the frustration and disappointment from residents so long as the shuttle ...service continues as-is. New management is awful.
August 2, 2017Could not leave this place fast enough. Awful staff who really can't do anything because the manager leaves early every single day. Maintenance has come into my room multiple times without knocking, sometimes waking me up by saying "maintenance" while standing at the foot of my bed. The shuttle sounds good, but it constantly packed with an extremely hazardous amount of people, who are all sweating and falling on you bc you're already touching and the drivers are apparently unaware of the fact ...that there are 30 people on the bus, most standing up. Loud landscaping every morning at 6 am, there's only one trash chute for the whole complex, so garbage is left around constantly, and spills and or throw up take weeks to get cleaned. I knew my time here would be awful in the beginning, because they screwed up my lease 4 times, and then failed to give me the promotional rent price I was promised, which was a huge reason I signed a lease at all.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible management
June 1, 2017The management is a mess they keep overcharging and for the renewals they didn't tell anybody that the electricity is not fully included and is covered only up to $35 which for hot months you gotta pay a lot on top of your rent. Awful
May 24, 2017I've been living at Regents for over a year now, and I can't wait to move out at the end of July. It's incredibly dirty. At any given time, there's vomit, pee or poop (probably animal) on the floor. It'll sit there for weeks until it dries up. It's loud all the time too, and at random times. 1 am on a Wednesday? People screaming in the halls and blasting music. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does. Flushing the toilet included. They took out carpet to seem more luxurious and ...there's no noise barrier at all now. October 10, 2015Regents on University is absolutely amazing. Moved here in August in a two bedroom and I love the cleanness of the whole complex. The staff is by far very willing to help out with any situation you may have. There are no problems here at all. This is apartment is a game-changer and I'm sure you will love it too.
