Good value for the overall look and feel of the community. I feel comfortable and safe. I would be a 10 across the board if I could get a newer refrigerator and hardwood flooring. I have been here 2 years and the carpet is buckling and worn out. Also mention countertops were resurfaced 2xs and not good results.
