Maintenance has such a quick response rate, care for their tenants and precise detail to the complex. Their office staff is tentative, friendly, and always welcomes us in to chat and provide friendly service. January 28, 2025Renter Beware! The management team here schedules large projects and building maintenance that impacts the residents very frequently, and often without much notice or accommodation. Some sections of the complex have had maintenance sheds and equipment taking up vital parking space for months at a time, which greatly impacts residents. Although they say they are open to feedback, providing it doesn't change their operating practices. Their written and verbal communication skills are also lacking. ...If you call the office and/or send an email, plan on following up several times (or possibly in person) in order to get a response.
