    Maintenance request Recently I had to call emergency line as the elevator was out. I immediately got call back that the elevator company had been called. It was then followed up with additional call and text. Very impressed and elevator company came and quickly and fixed. I really appreciated the attention given by maint dept.

    Terrible Love the apartment and the design. The neighbors above me had no respect. Sounded like he was training for football . I left a note and he kept it up. This is the main reason I left. You definitely need an upgrade on the appliance. Washer machine no good. Dishwasher way to loud stove totally awful.

    Overheating dryer. A new was installed . However it was not a new dryer it was one from another unit. I could tell because the lint catcher was full. I believe that the lint filter must be clogged. It takes 3 cycles to get my clothes dry.

    - management is spread thin - poorly constructed cabinetry and doorframes, and old, low quality appliances - no sound proofing and noise from train and neighbors - no guest "buzz-in" option - few guest parking spots - security issues (squatters, trash pickers, external doors that don't shut) - poor trash maintenance - improper building maintenance (continued leaks and electrical issues)
