Looks Good on Paper, But...

I know what you might be thinking: great location, decent price. But don’t be fooled. Unless you’re okay with hearing everything, footsteps above, voices through the walls, this place is a hard no. It’s one of those apartments where you don’t realize how bad it is until you're exhausted and desperate to move out. Trust me, the hassle of relocating is nothing compared to the daily frustration of constant noise. Save yourself the stress.

Mgmt charges you fees to fix things that are way higher than normal. They dont quote rates in advance. Things break all the time They used tactics to have us leave as we had a favorable rent due to covid and were under rent control. I would not recommend this place

An older complex compared to all the new places being built in the area. Nice fitness room & great pool. Neighbors are friendly. Been here over 5 yrs so they must be doing something right!
