November 22, 2025Good place to live, okay price, but we had a TON of issues with our HVAC system. There are like 12 different systems to log into for maintenance and lease documents and paying rent it’s very confusing they need to consolidate that and pick one. They’re not all up in your business doing inspections or anything which is nice. Pool is nice, closed every once in a while. Gym is nice enough, though not super stocked. The mailroom door has a busted lock it’s real hard to get into but it’s nice that we ...have a parcel locker to keep mail safe. Overall a nice apartment just kinda expensive, but everywhere is expensive right now.Property Manager Responded

We are located within walking distance or short drive too: Do you like the library and park—it’s just a walk across the street. June 10, 2025Solitude is a convenient location. Other than that I’d pass next time. During the leasing process, the front office is nice and inviting but once you start having valid complaints or repeated repair or maintenance requests it seems that it’s a bother.
