December 22, 2021When I moved in the apartment was not clean the toilet was used and not cleaned vent covers missing kitchen was dirty refrigerator was not running the kitchen cabinets were dirty there were maintenance supplies all over the door to laundry machine was off hinge floors were dirty and there is paint splatters everywhere and dry wall dust all in bathroom. This is not what I was expecting especially during a pandemic. I called the office regarding this issue and was told someone will reach out about ...the cleaning and I have not heard anything back and I have been here now almost a month. October 6, 2021HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. Good luck on ever getting a call back from their office no matter how many times you call to leave a voicemail. I highly suggest not to come to live here. Cheap place for expensive living. Never had to call so many times to not every be able to reach someone. Amenities don't work, balcony is dipped in so cant even go on it. Plumbing is awful. And absolutely no parking anywhere here. They do not care about the living environment
September 3, 2021I have been here for a little over a year and a half now and at first I thought man what a steal. I was so wrong. There are gun shots every other week, cars have been broken into multiple times in the past 3 months alone, they will turn off the water to the building and not notify you. to this day our neighbors still dont have hot water. they will do renovations to the units with no notice early in the morning (RIP your sleep if you have kids) and they will not apologize or communicate anything ...to the tenets.
