This place is the best! It's extremely quiet and safe with a beautiful park just a block away. The landlord and her team are always nice and attentive to any problem you may have in regards to your apartment. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. There are a lot of nice and new restaurants and shops right up the street. I couldn't have picked a better place! RJ

I stayed here and the landlord is just too nosey. Noisy neighbors downstairs, reported it and she did nothing about it. She didn't give me my deposit back or any money back after I moved out. The looks like a prison compound, so plain and uninviting .

Somerset Apartments are the best kept secret in Atlanta. The property is quiet clean and safe. The staff is professional and always concerned about the wellbeing of their tenants. The landlord is exceptionally concerned and hands on. The community is located near the best eateries and shops in town. I love my apartment and wouldn't want to live anywhere else for the price. RJ

The owner Lan is unprofessional and mosey she does not know how to talk to her tenants and always wants to know what or who is in your place at all times , the place has roaches and the environment is overall uncomfortable not an inviting place to be, was so glad to get out of there

I stayed here and the landlord is just too nosy! That isn’t the projects!!! She didn’t give me my deposit or any money back after I moved out and the apt was very clean!!! Nosey neighbors upstairs but she wanted to know who was in my place which is ridiculous as long as you got your money on time that’s not your business!!!

I love this neighborhood! First place since I moved from Florida. Unit was renovated with nice floors. It's always quiet day and night. I've been residing here over a year and there hasn't been any issues with crime. The owner Lan is nice and helps any way she can within reason. The management team Rebekkah and Denise are very nice and helpful. Complex is real family oriented. Alot of stores for shopping nearby. No complaints thus far

From Denise, Rebekah, And LAN these people are very very UNPROFESSIONAL. They don’t return phone calls, don’t reply to text messages, and don’t answer the phone. They charge you 25.00 per each person that you have on you lease for water, which is RIDICULOUS. LAN doesn’t care about anyone. She’s rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. She acts as if she cares but she doesn’t. Rebekah, acts as if she’s afraid of US. She’s very NON-CHALANT and COLD. Denise, is a flat out LIAR. She NEVER does what she ...

If you want a affordable place to stay in the College Park area this is the place, be careful the landlord treats people like they are in the projects and that she is better than anybody else. My apartment was "supposed to be move in ready" but actually wasn't it was bug infested, and spider webs everywhere. All she care about is the money so don't think for one second that she cares about you. They are very unprofessional, I think that people need to go to business school or something before ...

they try to manage apartments. You can't judge people off how they look and their credit score. I worked for a living and will continue too. She states and acts like she cares, don't believe her! They don't fix things on time and the maintenance men all stay over there and one of them is a drunk, sad but true. But don't pay her and she will try to put a eviction notice out and try to say that you didn't pay on time, in which they are never on time for anything. Nice apartment some updates, but they are old!
