Could be better
August 21, 2025While the most staff is friendly and courteous, these apartments need a huge overhaul. I have lived here for 17 years, absolutely nothing has been done except for necessities. The floors were never sanded before I moved in, only the bathroom and kitchen were painted, not inside. The rads are caked with paint and rust, as well as the walls. The closet doors are from the 60's, old steel ones that do not close easily or properly, the tracks are rusty and are full of hardwood floor finish, the ...baseboards, have moved from the wall and are also sloppily painted.
