September 26, 2025I have had to have so many things replaced in our apartment and we haven’t even been here a year yet. We were only given 1 day prior to our move in date to see the place before we moved in. They are SO SLOW with maintenance requests. It took them 10 months to get us a cabinet that we were missing since we moved in because it had BLACK MOLD ON IT. We have discovered black mold in our closet as well recently. There are rats EVERYWHERE around the complex and they choose to ignore the problem. The ...gym is still closed after almost a year of being here and they have not worked on it since to get it up and running. Getting anything done maintenance wise is almost a lost cause. September 23, 2025I have reported plumbing issues 7 times. Finally, Jack came a week ago nd fixed one issue and said he was ordering parts for other things. My husband has picked up 10 bodies of dead rats.Property Manager Responded

September 10, 2025I've been living at Sonoma resorts at saddle rock for about a week now, and overall, it's been a positive experience. The location is super convenient, with easy access to grocery stores, and work. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, and I haven't had any major issues with appliances or anything breaking down. What I really appreciate is the common areas are also kept clean, and I enjoy the gym or pool. If I had to nitpick, I'd say that parking can sometimes be a challenge, ...especially in the evenings. But honestly, that's a pretty minor inconvenience. Overall, this is a great place to live, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment.Property Manager Responded

August 28, 2025We moved in a week ago and are loving this place. The neighbors are nice and quiet and the management is top notch staying on top of our needs. The grounds are beautiful and maintained. And we are surrounded by Saddle Rock golf course which is very nice. Shops and grocery store are close by as well as walking and bike riding paths. Only gave it 4stars because the age of the apartments is 25 years. Yet you can tell they are trying to g to make it as nice as possible for their tenants.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025The leasing office does not take reports of vandalism, theft, seriously and rodent issues are still a problem. They simply quote back policy regarding these issues as not their responsibility. Any professional leasing office of a major apartment complex should take their residents' issues to heart. Also, the gym near my apartment has been closed over a year and is pain to go to the far end of the complex at 0300 in the morning. The Problem is that they’re not fixing or updating anything.
