December 22, 2025The area is nice but things are not upkept very well. Gym's and pools are not kept in good condition if working at all. We had months with massive rat problems with management not doing really anything about it. They are never on time with lease renewals often not putting an offer out until after the previous lease expired. This is the 3rd year in a row that this has happened and I will not be renewing this time.Property Manager Responded

The community is quiet, there is a good mix of family types and the management team keeps the residents engaged with contests, resident nights and vendor events. There is a great gym and pool. December 1, 2025The complex is in a great location and has decent amenities. My big complaint would be the maintenance. I have had ongoing issues without any resolution for quite some time. This is concerning, especially how rent keeps going up. I would like to think I'm getting my money's worth and feel valued, which I don't.
