So far I have enjoyed it, and it's pretty quiet and peaceful. Decent size apartments and bedrooms, in a pretty good location, the neighbors I have met have all been pretty nice. And feels safe.

Apartments are pretty clean, pool is very relaxing and quiet. Very peaceful area, neighbors stay to themselves. On site laundry mat with a code entry to have access. Property Manager is very quick to get things fixed and updated if needed, he’s also very respectful and on top of things.
