These are a very good value for just $1,375 month. 2 BEDS: Down the street at 340 Charter Oak Street and 24 Goslee Drive #22 are two large 2 beds with awesome remodeled kitchens with dishwashers, cool L Shaped combo living room/dining rooms for $1,575. They have hardwood floors throughout. 24 Goslee Drive has an awesome, brand new kitchen - it is a very good value for $1,575 with free heat/hw included! Features: -Huge L Shaped Living/Dining room large enough for a couch & coffee table plus a kitchen table -All units have hardwood floors -FREE heat and hot water included (tenants pay for electric) -1 car off street parking included -Laundry on site - PET POLICY: Dog allowed, 25lb max weight, $300 non refundable pet fee, $50 month dog rent.
