Features: -Huge L Shaped Living/Dining room large enough for a couch & coffee table plus a kitchen table -All units have hardwood floors -FREE heat and hot water included (tenants pay for electric) -1 car off street parking included -Laundry on site - PET POLICY: Dog allowed, 25lb max weight, $300 non refundable pet fee, $50 month dog rent. ($50 application fee, no prior evictions).
