Good place to live
April 22, 2020My mom has lived here for 2 years now! The complex is quite and small which is perfect. The office staff & maintenance have always been friendly and helped anytime we called. I’m so glad she lives at this community i couldn’t ask for a better place for her to live.Review from Apartments.com
Sad
November 25, 2019Property is gem in the rough. Overall good neighbors BUT what used to be a beautiful property has been allowed to go by the wayside. They’ve filled in with river rock where there used to grass and flowers. They don’t take care of problems in a timely manner. Unless maintenance is truly minor they won’t fix anything. They can’t get vendors to do work because they are either too slow to pay their bills or don’t pay at all. Currently we are calf high in leaves! Pool only open maybe six weeks this ...summer due to pump issues. Wouldn’t fix it, just covered it. Didn’t even open it until weekend of 4th of July! Until then it was filthy breedI guess ground for mosquitoes! I have had issues with water coming in under a sliding door since the horrific spring rains that has yet to be fixed, now I have breathing issues due to mold. Chimneys hit by lightning obliterated and they wouldn’t even cover with tarp to help curb further damage. Took over two mos to fix during spring rains. Currently we have no manager or maintenance. Horribly managed
June 8, 2019The manager changes 6 times a year, went a couple months without maintenance workers (right now there is only one) pool usually goes uncleaned & full all winter & at the end of the year it is completely black. It is now after memorial day and the pool is half covered. The water is black & full of moss, smells like a swamp & things are living inside of it. The mosquitos that breed in it bite you as you walk past. Im glad im moving out soon, as i cannot stand this smelly mess every year.Review from Apartments.com

December 14, 2018Katy the manager and Larry the maintenance man are extremely nice and do their bwst to see to our needs in a timely manner. If is well located at 31st and Yale with access to the BA and centrally located for just about anything needed. The ownerscould spruce the place up with a little paint and landscaping and get us some night security., but the apartments seem to me are larger than other places with lots of closet and storage, and many have surprising little built ins like desks or bookcases.Review from Apartments.com
