DONT MOVE HERE
October 16, 2023This place is the worst place I have ever lived. First, when the dumpster is full people just start leaving trash everywhere and they also let the dog poop waste baskets overflow for months. Second, our heat didn’t work most of the winter and we had to purchase a space heater to keep part of our apartment warm enough. Lastly, our A/C broke at least once every season. This led to the humidity rising and mold growth. On top of that our neighbors water heater leaked into our apartment so that also ...led to mold growth. The complex called it “mildew”, when a person with common sense knows mildew doesn’t rot your wooden furniture from the inside-out. We found mold on almost every piece of furniture, kitchen appliances, clothing, shoes, walls, and under the counters. We showed them all of it and they did nothing for us. Save yourself the trouble, move somewhere else.Property Manager Responded

Not a good place to live
July 18, 2022Pool has been closed for over a month because of something so CHILDISH! Management is NOT good here. Trash located behind buildings, maintenance lies & barley fixes issues, dog poop is located all over the property. Rent is too high and it does not make up for it in the insideProperty Manager Responded

They Don't Care!
April 13, 2021Don't come here if you wanna live in a place where people are going to smoke pot all day long and the office won't do anything for you. (Even when they know your allergies and overall health are going bad because of it) The only thing they will do is to repeat the same robotic answer they memorized and hung up the phone on your face if you are not happy with it. I thought we paid to live here, but they treat people so badly that it seems it is for free. Please search a place that cares for you ...and your family.
