If you have a dog there are so many options - dog park on cold storage parking garage, Jefferson park and Chimborazo 4. Most of residents are hospital employees and most of them will have common sense. Walls are very thick compared to many apartments in the area so you won't hear much at night 5. Pool shared with cold storage is a great place to hang out with your friends Bads: 1. You will hear train noises and emergency vehicles but you are fool if you expect you can avoid these when you choose to live in this area. Once you live here for a month or so you'll get used to it and it just won't bother you anymore 2. Street parking can be bad on weekdays because a lot of hospital employees park around the area and walk to the hospital. Should be good after 5 or weekends. If you don't like that you can add parking space through lease (cold storage garage, it's covered garage so very nice when it snows) price is reasonable.
