Southwood Apartments

minutes a guy with a security uniform asks me who we are here for. He lets me in the apartment complex as he points to Jim who is walking on the second floor. I assumed the guy was a security for the apartment but maybe he was a tenant returning from work. I saw Jim showing someone a unit and didnt want to interupt so we waited to let him know we were here. When he came out from the unit he was super angery and started yelling at us why we came in for we needed to call him first. I explained that we did call him and someone with a security uniform let us in and pointed to you as the manager. Than he yelled some more. Cant u wait dont you see im showing someone a unit!! Cant u just wait!! We than left after being spoken to so rudely. We spoke with him politely just to let him know we are here not to rush him to help us immediately so I didnt know why he could not speak to us politely. From his professionalism I can already tell he will be alot of drama. We had no interest in the unit after his temper and id rather not have to speak to someone like that at all. On a side note the apartment was really quiet and had no children running around when we came in which is nice for someone that doesnt like alot of noise. It is also located in a good area with many food places, banks, gas station, and markets in walking distance. The only reason I can think of why it hasnt already been rented out even though it is priced fairly low for the area is because of the manager Jims lack of professionalism. If you can stomach his attitude I would say its a steal for the location.
