i lived there for 11 years with my mom and older sister. we had a 2 bedroom, one bathroom apartment. growing up we were constantly having an issue with the apartment. there were roaches everywhere, we would get towed for no reason, security is terrible making for extremely high crime rates, and we were always over paying . around 2023, we were evicted for no reason. my mom worked at city hall at the time, and found out that the owners were raising the price of our apartment so much, it would be ...

illegal if we werent evicted. i now have a very close friend who lives in a different section of the same apartments. im constantly at her place and it is the exact same.

We have 24 hour secury driving around the area and if I call them they answer right away . A few problems I have hade in the past . We lived there for over a year service was horrible there was roaches all over the apartment. Crime is horrible and management wont do anything to help you they will try to take advantage of you in any way they can. Crime is high and you can hear gun shots at night, they do not check your background or anything is really bad this is not family friendly this is crime friendly.

Worst apartment ever!!. They have never fixed anything. I moved in with the apartment unfinished. I moved in with Broken drawers, spiders, holes in the walls. They never fixed the problem.I have a new born baby there was Roches all over my baby's bottles. Found several rats. You can hear them in the walls scratching. This was a unsafe environment for anyone. These need to be shut down!
