Went for a tour and the staff was friendly and answered any questions I had. Only disappointing thing is it’s very hard almost impossible to reach them. They never answer the phone number that’s given on their website and the email they provided on their website as well bounces back. Makes it very hard when apply especially when there’s a floor plan that says to call for availability.

Moving in to Sphere was made super easy and quick with Jo in the leasing office. She answered all my questions quickly prior to signing the lease and was beyond helpful throughout the process. The apartments are new and very modern, clean, and comfortable. Management keeps the property impeccably clean and the whole building smells great! They have some kind of scent machine pumping through the vents. As soon as you walk in, you won't want to leave. The buildings are quiet with pretty good ...
soundproofing, I never hear my neighbors through the wall unless they're in the hallway. I've only lived here about two weeks but I plan to stay for a while!

Very nice apartment with new and quality appliances. But people smoke weed in hallways and elevators. Non-residents also come in to use amenities like swimming pool and gym.

I toured with Jo and she provided tons of information during the tour. She was thorough and she was very personable, you can tell she loves her job. I decided to apply for a two bedroom since the move in special was great! It was in my desired budget and not to mention, the community is brand new. Beautiful stainless steel appliances and open concept layout.

I have never had such a great experience touring apartments until I came to Sphere. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the property manager Lacey. She asked if I wanted anything to drink from the fridge before I met with Jo. Jo was very helpful and asked many questions to find an apartment that met my needs/wants. The community is beautiful, new and felt like a hotel.

Sphere Apartments is beautiful! I met with Lacey who was so friendly and knowledgeable. She really listened to what I was looking for, and provided me a variety of options. She took the time to introduce me to her team and Jo was just as bubbly and friendly as Lacey. I am looking to move early summer and will definitely be returning back to Sphere.

Looking at the SPHERE APTS on the internet is not enough. Make the appointment or just drop by and take the tour. You will not be disappointed. Their staff knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and very professional. I've been here for two and a half weeks and loving it. Yhe staffs demeanor is still the same "impeccable".
