December 20, 2023Moving in to Sphere was made super easy and quick with Jo in the leasing office. She answered all my questions quickly prior to signing the lease and was beyond helpful throughout the process. The apartments are new and very modern, clean, and comfortable. Management keeps the property impeccably clean and the whole building smells great! They have some kind of scent machine pumping through the vents. As soon as you walk in, you won't want to leave. The buildings are quiet with pretty good ...soundproofing, I never hear my neighbors through the wall unless they're in the hallway. I've only lived here about two weeks but I plan to stay for a while!Property Manager Responded

Love this Community!
May 11, 2023I toured with Jo and she provided tons of information during the tour. She was thorough and she was very personable, you can tell she loves her job. I decided to apply for a two bedroom since the move in special was great! It was in my desired budget and not to mention, the community is brand new. Amazing Customer Service!
April 30, 2023I have never had such a great experience touring apartments until I came to Sphere. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the property manager Lacey. She asked if I wanted anything to drink from the fridge before I met with Jo. Jo was very helpful and asked many questions to find an apartment that met my needs/wants.
