Don’t move in here every time if there’s a problem with rent or in my apartment, it takes forever for the Leasing Office to call/Email me when they’re gonna come and fix the problem. Makes me wonder what they’re actually doing and that Leasing Office cause every time I go in there they’re all in a huddle talking or they’re on their phones. They’re a joke and we need some new faces in the Leasing Office . It shouldn’t take almost a month for you to flush pipe so that I can use my washer ...

I moved here from NYC in Oct 2013. I always have parking and when I have maintenance problems it was taken care of right away. The staff has been nice to my wife and me all the time. It's a pleasure living here, I can't speak for others, but my experience here is nothing but positive. Thank you Spicewood team.

This is nothing but a money pit! Do not even consider living here. We received an invoice 10 months after we moved out for $1800!!! When we called to see what it was for, they claimed we were being charged $1600.00 for not giving 60 days notice, even after we provided documentation proving we did! While living there, we got written up for having potted flowers on our back patio. They also charged us a $300 pet fee for a dog that does not exist. Our cars got broken into multiple times during the ...
nights and several other unsafe enviroments.. It is a relatively cheap and convenient place to live, but not worth it! Look elsewhere!!
