Property says utilities included (water, sewer, trasg) this is a lie. Count on paying a couple hundred extra for this on a separate bill.
Says pool and jacuzzi...yes but rarely ever cleaned. Table and chairs are dirty and cheap. Says fitness center. That is a lie. It's a room with a mirror and 2 benches, no weights, no treadmill no nothing. I've had my truck broken into. Lots of tweakers from the mobile home park next door. Rent raises before contract ends. Maintenance mickey mouse everything. ...
Cockroach problem. Nothing updated. Worst of all is the Train ...single.pane windows do nothing with it passes. Horrible for baby's. And Says playground, that is also a lie. For the price u would think it's almost a luxury complex but no, it is a charade .

Poor in maintenance and bad quality of apartment

1. Location is very good but the rent is too expensive for the facilities provided in the apartment complex. Not very clean in outside areas.
2. There's no way to pay rent online. You need to give only cashier checks or money orders by spending extra amount from 7 eleven or your bank.
3. Very poor maintenance for inside apartment. As per my bad experience of day 1 itself.
4. Dirty apartments which they give without checking. It is your risk if you observe something luckily. Firsts day of lease I ...
got rooms with full of bed bugs and have to cancel my lease immediately. They didn't returned the 40$ admin fee & no penalty reimbursement for wasting my time of 2 weeks wait as per their leasing rules. But returned rent & deposit after I called them multiple times. Very bad experience.

Good Indian Community but poor customer support and maintenance

The rent is too expensive for the facilities provided in the apartment complex, the leasing office do not understand English and they don't respond on time for any service requests, there's no way to pay rent online.. you need to give personal or cashier checks. There's lot of Asian/Indian community so may be good for them.
