I lived in a 1-bedroom apartment here between 2009 and 2013, so it's been a while. I came across this and thought I'd write a review because it was a great experience. Firstly, I received most of my deposit back even after my dog tore up the carpet at the entryway, so they are not trying to get every dollar from you (as long as they have the same owners/management). I think the only repair I needed was with the A/C, and they were prompt in responding to my request. Great location, quiet, and ...
close to downtown. A nice area in to run dogs around too. Best place I've rented.
