Renting from this company has become a nightmare. The units are incredibly outdated (the photos they show online look nothing like the units), and we have had a gas leak, cave crickets, and broken appliances. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the sink running next-door. The property management company does not help with any issues and only makes things worse. PLEASE rent elsewhere you won't regret it.

This place is absolutely terrible. You will hear everything next door since there is no insulation in the walls. The management is so terrible they seem to enjoy making your life difficult. I wish I never rented at this property. Do not listen to these fake reviews, run far away!

Fantastic property. Quiet, nice landscaping, spacious units. Parking is this places downfall. Some units have garages. Those that don't have garages have patios. If you don't have a garage each unit gets 1 marked reserved space then there's 10-15(maybe) first come first serve spaces. There simply isn't enough parking for 52 two bedroom units.

I would definitely not recommend this place if you want/need some privacy. If you are about to move to this place, be prepared to live with your neighbors as a big family. Walls are thinner than paper sheet and you can ear every steps, discussion, arguments and much more… Except this problem, apartments are great and cozy.

This is a spacious and beautiful two bedroom apartment. The courtyard and grounds are beautifully maintained. The apartment features hardwood floors, dishwasher, a large basement with washer/dryer hook up and a full bathroom. You'll be in walking distance from beautiful downtown Summit. Downtown you'll enjoy great restaurants, stores and access to mass transit that's only a 45 minute ride to NY city!
