We have laundry facilities in every building. We are close to many of the necessities of life. We are within walking distance of 2 grocery stores, 6 banks, the local farmers market (during the summer), the public library and dozens of restaurants with cuisines that span the globe. We have access controlled underground parking available if you have a car, and if you don’t, we are close to bus lines that take you directly to UW, downtown, and Northgate. A short walk takes you to bus stops that will take you on the express routes to downtown, South Lake Union, and First Hill.

Used to be amazing, Cushman and Wakefield ruined it.

It used to be great, and the apartments and manager still are, however the management company, Cushman and Wakefield is abismal. They overwork their managers and neglect their properties. They won't respond to call asking about repairs, or even your lease renewal. I am more than happy to change this review if they turn their act around, but at this point in time they make it impossible to reccomend living here.

The apartments are small mostly 1 bedroom apartment. The management is wonderful. They are quick to repair what needs repairing and replacing old broken appliances and water heaters. The apartments have w/d on every floor. We are right on the bus line for the University of Washington and downtown Seattle.
