Property is renovated continuously and units looks great. It is very good looking lake view property. I recommend as when I visited property the team took care all of our needs. And I have lot of choices to choose brand new renovated units with very compatible rates.

They don't fix anything. Been without water since I moved in. I have mold and mildew in my tub. The never clean the carpet. And my air has not worked in 6 months. I have told management and they don't care.all they want is a check and don't fix sh**.

Everything is literally bad about this neighborhood. Young thugs hanging selling drugs through the neighborhood. Maintenance never fixes anything. I’ve been wait to get my AC fixed for a month now. My ceiling is falling in my living room. Mold is also growing on the ceiling. If I could post the pictures I definitely would. Just don’t move here…

I went to view an apartment and nice young lady name Victoria was helping me! She is the best she knows the property inside and out. Was able to get me into a very nice townhouse. You honestly cant beat the space for the price. The townhouse I moved into was HUGE! Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. So far so good.

The office has a smell not ONLY that the unit that was showed to me the lights was off it was stink SMELLED like pissed the toilet was dirty brown water in it the lady Victoria that was showing apartment NEVER came in I would not go this way if i was you they don't have good living conditions and to mention someone was SHOOOTING when i was there this is NOT IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have 24 hour on site security along with a City of Columbia courtesy officer that lives on site. We have installed cameras on all buildings as well as a gate that only residents have access to. We have renovated the apartments with modern fixtures and finishes and hired the best staff around! We would love to talk with you and welcome you to experience the new Spring Lake.

Currently live in these apartment's I advised no one to live in these apartment's they do not fix anything,Its always different people in the office,you never can make a work order it never gets done,Verrry unprofessional Staff,they chit chat with the tenant's these people have no care but won't there Rent

They did not honor their word. I was told that we would have clean carpet in a remodeled apartment with new appliances. The garbage disposal leaks food and water, the ice maker is broken and there is mold in the utility closet. We were told that there would be pest control. HUNDREDS of termites crawled in from the bedroom window and spiders and cockroaches were everywhere before I bought industrial strength pesticide to treat the perimeter of my unit. The rent is cheap compared to many other ...

Well for starters I live in a 4 bedroom home that needs a lot of work maintenance is very terrible the rent is 800$ which it should be cheaper the maintenance guys takes weeks up to months to fix things it has 2 full bath but the tub in one bathroom is disgusting and old can't be used the leasing agent promise things would be done be for move in such as carpet toilet and tub cleaning and maintenance but nothing changed i cant find anywhere cheaper and close by job and the living conditions are so ...
bad I move my baby to stay with my mom I really miss her so much I would really appreciate if I could get some assistance I tried housing and section but it takes years to hear anything back!!!ps PLEASE HELP!!!
