I have lived here for almost 2 years and I’ve had now the second after hours emergency and literally I cannot get a response. They should not have an emergency after hours phone number if they do not respond first time I had an overflow in my bathroom took them three days to even respond to me today. My air conditioner goes out and it was 103° today. They supposedly came in and fixed it. I got home this evening and it’s 81° and climbing in my apartment, I’ve called them 15 times left text ...

messages phone messages still no response so if you feel like you want to be in a place that you’re taking care of that they will actually respond to an emergency. Do not rent here.

If I could rate this lower than 1 star then I would. The worst apartments I've ever live in. Staff is unprofessional & rude. Hidden fees & staff will blame tenant for everything. A lot of animal poop everywhere & amenities are barely kept up. Roaches when its hot & homeless going through trash/cars at night. Would never recommend to friends & family to live here.

I chose to move into these apartments because of the security( nonexistent) and its more upscale then the other apartments the the neighborhood. Through the time of knowing this place, they have been super strick. I understand trying to bring class to an apartment complex but constant renovation and jack hammers? one time they gave us a twenty four notice for maintainance and said that we HAD to be present. Between ten am to six pm. Who is home during that time of the week? Mandatory maintainance ...

on every unit on the same day?!? Are you crazy? Also they painted parking lines and somehow my space is smaller then everyone else's. Because there is a handicap ramp to the left of my space so I paid the price. Perfectly parked I have an inch on each sides and next to a support beam. I understand having a management position and taking your job seriously, but this is where people live and you can't drive around and bang on renters doors aggressively. It's like having a nosy/ aggressive land lord. No thanks
