The unit was a safety hazard.

I wasn't allowed to see the unit until I signed the lease. When I saw the unit, it hadn't been cleaned at all. The dishwasher had standing water, the bedroom walls were soft to the touch. The floors still has stains and dirt on them. The patio door didn't even lock. When I brought my concerns to property manager, she said they'll clean it. When asked if there was another unit available for me to stay in until my unit was cleaned and repaired, I was told the water damage repair and cleaning will ...
be done within 3days. Shockingly it wasn't. Each time I went to the office or the unit, maintenance was always outside laughing and chilling or just walking around talking and laughing.

These apartments are so close to everything and it is so convenient. I have never had a problem living here. Staff is so welcoming and helpful. I have lived in many apartments and have never had the service i get here.

I have been living here for a few years and I absolutely love it! My favorite is the fireplace. I have never had any problems and the staff always takes great care of me. It was difficult to find apartments that don't charge extra for connections like satellite dish but Springdale village does not which just makes them even better! I recommend these apartments to anyone that is searching for a place that truly feels like home.

These apartments surpassed my expectations! I planned on living here for a short amount of time but the way things are going I plan on permanently staying here. The property is well kept and issues get taken care of right away! My apartment is very spacious and was given to me with excellent quality!

my first own apartment!

This is my first and own apartment that I and my boyfriend live together at. Its a pretty nice and peaceful place to live. You have a pool that's open for residents and a laundry mat, plus family like neighbors. In my one bedroom apartment, you have a kitchen that comes with a fridge, stove and dishwasher. In the pretty decent size living room you have carpet floors (like in all the rooms but the kitchen and bathroom) and a nice looking fireplace. Also in the living room you have a sliding door ...
that leads out into your personal patilo. Then in the hall way you have a closet and then there is the bathroom that has a huge mirror and newly installed toilets. Then in the one bedroom you have two walk in closets a nicely spaced room with a huge window. The apartment has central heat and air (which works almost to well). These apartments was a great choice for us to make for our first home or pernment home.
