  • Cockroach infested

    August 24, 2020
    There are a lot of cockroaches in this apartment. The apartment management tries to fumigate the apartment whenever you complain, but the cockroaches keep coming back. I think they will need to treat all the apartments in each building at the same time and not just individual apartments at a time, since the cockroaches can migrate from the untreated apartments. On a positive note, the maintenance team is very responsive.

  • WATCH OUT!! $200 application fee

    December 9, 2019
    They say there is no application fee but if you get approved they turn your $200 deposit into the application FEE & will not refund if you change your mind moving into an apartment. Do NOT Sign with these people. If they treat you this way at leasing I can only imagine later on.
