within the rental office. She has threatened to have residents put out and has said on numerous occasions that she'll have them put out in a week or less. She has made up her own violations (that are not documented in the lease) ie: children not being able to ride bikes anywhere, not being able to sit on the stairwells even if you are a resident,not being able to stand outside of your door. She has yelled to children telling them to "go get your momma". Not to mention she jas her several of her friends in the rental office on a daily basis. She's mentioned that children are not allowed to go into the rental office and use the soda machine. She has come on the property after hours, with her children in the car harrassing the residents. When a request form is filled the issue(s) are not being solved. Several of your residences have and still are going without ANY air conditioning. She picks and choose who she gives violations to, she has taken it upon herself to go to the department of family and children services to get inform on the residents. She has and is releasing residents personal business to other residents. The after hours nuber has not been available. Residents have been robbed and held at gun point, and noone has informed the residents. The main gate stays open, and newsletters have not been sent out to the residents informing them of what is going on in the community. Only one gate key is given per household, the pool is never open. I have several residents that can vouch that she has been harrassing not only myself but other residents as well. All this transpired only after i reported to the sherrifs department concerning ny air conditioning being out for 4 month and eight days, other residents are still going without air conditioning.
