Great location, excellent staff and nice apartment. Met our needs for the time we were there. We have recommended to our friends. Location is close to everything and Cobblestone Lake park is added bonus.

Nice community but terrible staff

When i moved in here 2 years ago, Abby and Lera the office staff was very awesome until they all got replaced. Terrible service from the new guys... I will not recommend. And if you decide to move in please read over your leasing agreement very carefully. I got screwed over because I didn’t pay attention to my leasing agreement.

As a retiree recently moved into Springs at Cobblestone Lake Apple Valley, downsizing from a large townhome and close-knit community in Minnetonka Mn The development and community have thus exceeded expectations in quality of housing, maintenance, resident services and amenities.
