Go somewhere else!
October 14, 2019Poor quality “luxury” apartments that are WAYYY over priced. Front office has no idea what’s going on and the everything in the apartment is garbage. Cheap appliances and we had a roach problem. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does even use the bathroom. All of the bad reviews are 100% true. Awful Experience
June 6, 2019Not only is the staff terrible to deal with, but the apartments themselves are garbage. They look decent from the outside, but inside you hear everything going on around the paper thin walls. Broken appliances, broken/unfinished outlets in multiple rooms. December 2, 2018It is just smart to go to apts that offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.I usually have issues with AC every apt I move to.This one I have no issues so far.The apts are very well constructed with better insulation and doors and windows better than apts even built in 2012.The Goodman a.c. units work Good.There are 2 floors and I love having no one stomping overhead.They have a nice gym open 24/7.They have a beautiful pool and even outside lounge with TV.Shopping is down the street and so is ...Lakes Park.Staff all excellen5.Highly recommend.Flexible lease terms too.Property Manager Responded
