Cheap appliances and we had a roach problem. You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does even use the bathroom. All of the bad reviews are 100% true. They look decent from the outside, but inside you hear everything going on around the paper thin walls. Broken appliances, broken/unfinished outlets in multiple rooms. Save yourself the trouble, avoid.
