Horrible management. You will be nickel and dimed to death. Want to walk your trash to the dumpster? Nope. You MUST pay for valet trash. Have friends coming over? Your car WILL be towed (property gets a commission off of this). Want to clean your own apartment at move out? Nope. They WILL charge you $500+ dollars at move out, regardless of the cleanliness. Do NOT trust anything that comes out of the office personnel's mouth as they will do the opposite, or nothing at all. There is nothing luxury ...
about these apartments; they are overpriced for what you get, and you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. Want to complain to corporate? Save your breath as they will do absolutely nothing for you.

Lived here for one year, and issues began almost immediately. The main parking lights electric converters are mounted to side of these units, so if you happen to live on the ground floor you’ll experience a loud electric humming noise, reverberating throughout the entire unit. It took them 2 months to replace it, only for the issue to re-appear few weeks later. I also had numerous issues upon move out; they weren’t able to locate the original move in checklist (conveniently), only upon move-out ...

Trash disposal is also a joke, they won’t pick up on Sundays and Saturdays, when you cook the most or have people over, and accumulating the most of trash than any other days in a week. Often, the trash service will miss your unit and leave your trash in front of your door, triggering a notice or violation of having trash by your door. Stay away and look elsewhere!

Had mold in our apartment TWICE due to an AC leak…it lasted a week for each instance and they didn’t even off money off rent, a hotel room, NOTHING!!
