September 18, 2019I relocated 4hrs away and so thankful for my new place I call home! It’s very peaceful and quiet! When I first went to visit I knew this was the place for my girls and I! The office workers are so helpful and has been a Blessing to me and my family! Don’t pass on coming find a Wonderful family environment! Bianca helps me in so many ways because I’m a single mother! GREAT PLACE TO REST YOUR HEAD
October 13, 2018I love my apartment! It's quiet, clean, newly renovated with new appliances. The management staff know what they're doing. They know what needs to get done, especially if you're military, in order to make your transition process as smooth as possible. From the front office to the maintenance staff, they are dedicated to helping the resident with any issue they may have. They have a resident-first mentality; I witnessed it but make sure to see for it yourself. Always welcoming whenever you drop in ...the office. Awesome place
October 5, 2016My son and I once lived in these apartments about 3 years ago. The staff was very nice and made us feel right at home. We never had an issue with the property or staff. Our apartment was sooooo beautiful!!! My son and I still talk about it to this day. We had a small one bedroom until our new home was built, but my son still talks about how nice our apartment was at Springs at Live Oak. All together, I will say this apartment was the nicest I'd ever lived in. The pool is available year ...round (and in Texas that is important...Lol!) They had small parties/get-to-gethers for tenants. It provided a gated community and a variety of floor plans and is very pet friendly. Horrible, rude, and overall not a place you want to live.
December 3, 2015I came here because I am stationed near by. When I got here I thought everything looked nice and the price was right so I asked for an application. I was told my rent would be discounted the first month, and it wasn't. It wasn't that big of a deal so I let it go. Then I found out that there where some repairs that I needed, so I put in a work order. No one came. I had to go over and over again to get them to come over and when they did they did not fix anything. This is not a place you want to ...live. Still meeting my expectations
October 17, 2014My wife and I are currently living and working here at San Antonio. From my own perspective, my decision of coming across to this apartment is right. It is close to work, close to shopping malls, groceries, convenient store is right across the street, basically we are near to the park for exercise and recreational purposes, Regal live oak theater is near and so on and so forth. But most importantly we feel safe here and maintenance staffs namely -Matthew are very helpful to us, working hard to ...get the job done.. So far so good!
