Great apartment if you like paper thin walls and the worse plumbing I’ve ever seen in an apartment , good luck trying to flush more than a piece of toilet paper and not blowing up your bathroom

Place is pretty great, only issue is the walls/ceilings are thin but that’s not exactly something they can change. The complex has two dog parks, and they often have resident events. (Recently a dog pool party.) We’ve lived here for a while had a one bedroom, a two bedroom, and are about to move up to a three bedroom. We’ve liked each floor plan we’ve had. Office staff is friendly, so is the man who does waste management every Monday-Thursday & Sunday. Our kids are able to go around and play ...
with the other kiddos that live here, and they get along really well. They scooter around the complex frequently. Neighbors are nice, and we’ve made friends here.

I’ve been a proud resident of The Springs at Round Rock for almost 4mths now. I am very well taken care of from a staff that puts their heart and soul into making my life easy and enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to run into Brad, Moises and Eric; our hard working maintenance team, as they always greet with a friendly hello ...
and a helpful hand. Ronya is our Property Manager, she is never too busy to address any concerns I may have or even some friendly advice on what’s good to eat in the area and always a beautiful smile to greet you and wish you a pleasant day. Kisha is our Assistant Manager, she is always caring, considerate, professional and always makes me feel so welcome when I come visit her. The property is very well maintained. I personally enjoy the Fitness Center, It has everything I need to start my day off right. Directly in front of the pool to give me that boost to keep me going longer on the treadmill... my bum needs it hahaha It’s also really awesome that we have access to a car wash onsite along with the dog wash. Makes my life so convenient. Not to mention they have two large dog parks for my Lucy and Mr Boo. It really is such a fun place to live. They regularly have outdoor resident events, where I’ve meet some very friendly neighbors and have made some new friends :) I get some may have not had the same experience I have had , but I do pride myself in never writing anything I can’t stand by.. choose this place to be your new and forever home and won’t be disappointed

The management is amazing they are always there when you need them, maintenance is fast and very helpful, the apartment are always well kept, love living there!

I love my home at the Springs at Round Rock for several reasons. I want to start by acknowledging the friendly and knowledgeable staff. I presented a unique issue to Wena and she went to work immediately to resolve my issue. I could not ask for a better experience than what I have been provided by this complex. We've really enjoyed living at the Springs. The staff is so helpful. The manager Ronya is so kind and welcoming. She comes out and talks to us and doesn't hide from customers like we've had other managers do. She plays with our dog and gives her treats. The new person Kisha is very nice and helpful too. Maintenance is top notch. Our repairs have been fixed quickly and correctly. We highly recommend the Springs Apartments.
