Leasing office is an apartment unit itself and as soon as you walk in smells like cigarette smoke. The sidewalk looks like someone spray painted their rims on there. Their is dog poop everywhere. The door wasn't even locked so anyone could just walk in and the glass looked like it was kicked. Inside it smelled horrendous and not maintained. Not only are there safety concerns but incredibly small for pricing.

I filled out an application a while ago and I’ve only gotten two calls from the leasing office I’ve been calling and leaving emails constantly and no one answers the phone or calls back when I leave voicemails I was interested but I’m not too sure anymore.

Not sure what it is whether it’s other tenants or the building itself but there’s more roaches than people in new Britain in these buildings. You will see about 15 roaches every day and it doesn’t matter if they have pest control or not. It will never end. Move if you want to have multiple pet roaches.

Based on local authorities there has been an increase in vehicle theft in the area. Residents are encouraged to secure valuables and lock their vehicles. If your personal property has been affected, please file a report with the local police department. Documentation of these occurrences will help with increased patrol of the surrounding area.

Do not move here!!!!! Washers and dryers never work, rules always change when it comes to parking, fees come up mid lease with no explanations and maintnence is NEVER available. My carpet was wet/damp for over a month due to the apartment below me and their pipes etc which caused gnats in my apartment and I was forced to deal with it. The leasing office NEVER picks up the phone OR return calls even if you leave a voicemail. The buildings stink. My car was broken into once but break ins happen ...

I lived here from 2016-2017, it was awful with the insect infestation, my bathroom flooded twice from the ceiling & they warned me that it was just dirty water from the ceiling and not toilet water. I felt like management was not telling me the truth and I questions the maintenance man upon his arrival. The pesticide removal was more than twice a year, I felt like every other month I had to constantly remove everything out of my cabinets in the apartment in order for them to come in and spray. ...

The office agents lie, are rude, never answer the phone. They have insect infestations, they are drug dealers in the lot, it is unsafe. People always park where they are not supposed to. The neighbors are very loud, they will only quiet down when the police have to come and tell them. Maintenance is terrible, they never come to fix something unless you constantly go to the office and NAG, even so they tell you that nothing has to be fixed (it is not needed). They will spray pesticide because of ...

As our residents are our primary concern, we are always striving to improve the living experience at Springwood. Each apartment receives precautionary & preventative pest control visits at least 2x per year. We consider this to be a proactive measure, at no cost to the resident. Our office hours are M-F from 9am to 5pm. Sometimes we do get busy, but if a message is left, each and every voicemail is considered important, and is answered at the next possible opportunity. We take customer service to heart, and strive to remedy concerns right away.

These are affordable apartments for a small of medium-sized family. I live in a 2 bedrooms/ 1 bathroom apartment and its very spacious for me and my husband. We have laundry room on the same building, with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. This is a 3 story building with wide stairs all carpeted and secured mail boxes, controlled access with key and/or pass code. Theres no assigned parking but there's an specific parking for visitors. Hartford is like 15 to 20 minutes away depending on traffic. Close park, great to walk, run, fish, baseball, basketball, football, soccer, playground for kids. Very close gas station. Family Dollar at walking distance. On the hand, Maintenence guys are very humble, attentive. Ive been living here for about 2 years now and they always come and fix anything very quickly. Other than that if you are looking for an affordable place to live not too fancy but comfortable, this is it.
