I have lived in the St Croix Apartment for 11 years and recently had problems with my air conditioning. I am a person of almost70 years , with health problems and the idea of spending a long time without airconditioning was something worrisome. Thank God it wasnot for long time since a few days the office provided me with two portables airs while the necessary part arrived. nothave car, but it is not a problem for me because I have public transport, in addition, I have shops, supermarkets, restaurants so close that I can walk. I appreciate that the new maintenance is committed to doing a good job.

I am a resident of St Croix apartments since last 6 months. I was disappointed with the standard of maintenance of the old management, but to my good luck the old owners sold this property to new owners, PEAK LIVING in September 2020. Within 2 months the new management resolved all my maintenance issues. They bring new security company, which effectively curbed the drug activity at property. Services is horrible and they won't fix crap and yet so quick to charge for late fees. For such a nice place with poor management. Don't take my word pictures don't lie. Monica had my car towed because the vehicle had to tags. the paper tag that was in the back of the car was expired meanwhile I had my metal plate in the front of the windshield along with the parking sticker they've giving me. she had my car towed for no such reason and somebody needs to reimburse me the money I had to spend to ...

get my car out of the lot and because of that I had to lose work that day.

this place is not that great really. Youre close to a park and some stores and restaurants but it has its issues. The apartments themselves aren't well made but have plenty of room. There are some rowdy people but in truth most people keep quiet. They're just average apartments.
