Under terrible new management
October 7, 2024St. Theodore was once a great complex that cared about their residents. But since it has been taken over my new management. Everything has fallen into disrepair. Management does not care about their residents. Only their bottom line. Multiple maintenance requests have gone unanswered for over a year, meanwhile they have the entire apartment under construction with little to no information. We couldn't even get to our car last Friday cause the elevators were broken again, and construction blocked ...entry to the outdoor garage entrance. Yet they are still raising rent for everyone year after year. I have been a resident for many years and I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move out. Don't risk your happiness for a complex that doesn't care about their residents.Property Manager Responded
