March 25, 2026Solid community and Keshae with leasing office was extremely helpful. Pests can be a problem but with proper maintenance and hygiene shouldn’t become an issue. July 30, 2025I do not recommend living here. While the apartments are a good size, the kitchens are small and are lacking basic features like a deep sink and a garbage disposal. The homes are cheaply built; paint chipping, mold stains onto ceiling, the door not being fully sealed, the AC being old so it does not reach the upstairs of the unit. The office is extremely hard to get into contact with, and it’s been difficult to live here. While the maintenance people are nice, they have yet to resolve a single ...issue and are hard to contact. They misconstrued the truth when you are signing a lease; such as parking may not be directly in front of your unit and the address is actually in Henrico and not Richmond.Property Manager Responded
