Very spacious, very clean, the property manager is very kind, I almost never see him. It's a little dirty but I feel like for what I pay it is fair.

Great Low Key Building!

I think it's pretty evident that this is a great apartment building by the fact that those who move in, stay. I've been here for 7 years, my neighbor 15 and some for over 30 years! The manager is a doll and great to work with, should the rare issue arise. We all know one another and look out for each other. There's a pool to relax by or to cool off in for those miserable July/August days. It's also a pet friendly place. For those people who have 'moved on', the owner has refurbished those ...
apartments with wood floors and they look beautiful. The ONLY reason I knocked it down a star is the A/C. Hope the owner will spring for a new one in the new year. Fingers crossed.
