Poor Management
August 21, 2017Everything about the building and location is great. But if you want a kind landlord, look elsewhere. Carla is rude in her email exchanges, questions and blames tenants for any type of maintenance requests, and is uncaring about package delivery and lock-outs. If you can handle a landlord that is unkind and rude once you move in, everything else is great. I moved only because of the terrible manager.Property Manager Responded

Wouldn't like to be anywhere else
October 11, 2015I love my building. It's centrally located and I can walk pretty much 5-10 minutes away for a great meal. I always say that I'm in the place everyone wants to be, but without a traffic. Carla is very responsive and makes sure you have the best experience. It's quiet and small so if you love a secure, quiet young professional building this one's for you.Review from Apartments.com
