February 1, 2026The experience here is very dependent on the staff and maintenance team. Right now, there’s a solid maintenance team in place who cares and follows through on what they say. They help keep the community clean. Walls are thin here so you will hear your neighbors. That seems to be common in most apartments. January 1, 2026I had many issues in this apartment and so everybody I know living at Stella. Those good reviews are so weird ( baits?). Insects and roaches, trash management, multiple leaking problems, car got stolen...A real nightmare. Do not live there!Review from Apartments.com

November 29, 2025Its been pretty good. Maintenance requests get resolved quickly and they keep the grounds clean. Unfortunately, when we moved in we noticed the apartment was really dirty and caked with ant poison and some things were off like doors not closing/locking and things broken but eh you get what you pay for and its nothing major to me. October 11, 2025It's been okay. Pretty noisy and lots of maintenance requests but it works well if you need a cheap place. The office can be helpful but you'll have to check multiple times to get things resolved.Review from Apartments.com
