Roaches are literally your roommate, you are responsible to reach out to maintenance for them to come spray which is ridiculous because it should be a monthly routine automatically. The building is old, they say it’s newly renovated but that doesn’t mean anything if everything underneath the new stuff is molded and roach infested. there is no isolation due to windows being installed improperly so it’s either hot as hell or cold as ice in your apartment. Nothing comfortable. Also may have mold growing in your unit so if you randomly get sick, that’s why. They don’t give notice when they’re doing renovations overtop or beside your unit informing you of potential noise, as if most people don’t work from home. The outside look a mess, the big stones are always on the ground and just make it looks ghetto. They also had a new property manager every year for the last 3 years. Nothing here is consistent but they will try to evict you the second you don’t pay rent. It’s NOT worth it, not even during an emergency. ANTHONY WAS THE BEST PROPERTY MANAGER WHO MADE CHANGES AND SPOKE WITH RESPECT AND CONFIDENCE. I felt so good to have him for the time we did. That’s the only time I’ve seen progressional and proactive action at Stenton Gardens. I don’t know him personally but I’ve learned he’s kind and attentive.
