Each unit offers upscale amenities such as high end appliances, upgraded cabinets, sliding steel doors and enormous windows --- the views are complimentary --- and access to gated parking, a fitness center and more. Great Place for a Psuedo-City Vibe

The Sterchi building is perfect for young professionals who want a "sort-of city" lifestyle. The building is secure with a code entrance, and my neighbors are pretty quite. The converted warehouse gives each unit ample sound protection from neighboring apartments: while large windows let in tons of light and let you check out the action downtown. The gym is in the basement, and it's not fancy, but highly functional. The equipment is pretty basic (treadmill, elliptical, weights, etc...), and it's ...

all in good condition. Location can't be beat in my opinion! It's walking distance to a lot of great restaurants, the farmers' market and a few running trails. Unlike other apartments downtown, the Sterchi building has a rustic feel with exposed concrete walls and floors. It's a cool vibe.
