Dishonest staff. Grumpy, rude, and do not respond to your needs if anything breaks. They stick you with unreasonable charges a week after you leave! Look elsewhere people, This is not a good place to live.
Poor treatment from workers

Unfortunately my experience at YUGO Charleston has been worse than poor. I have had numerous issues with staff both of whom refuse to help and have fined me after move out for nonexistent issues. Trash pickup is a constant issue with trash sitting for days and smells lingering throughout the building. The halls are dirty and many of the common spaces go uncleaned for weeks. I arrived to my room which had mold in numerous places and management refused to clean.

It is within perfect walking distance from a lot of places! Especially campus. It’s also very safe and affordable. Bonus, the schools gym is right below so you don’t have to travel far to get a nice workout in!! Highly recommend for student living.

Not a good place to rent

Maintenance requests do not get resolved or they are very delinquent. Appliances do not work. Bedroom flooded and black mold grew throughout apartment. Unhappy with quality of apartment. Good note is that it is close to campus.
