Don’t even waste your time!
February 28, 2023Not worth the rent or in my case rent increase. Bugs! Mice!! White refrigerator!!! Maintenance/ staff tries their best and are nice, i can say that, but overall NOT WORTH THE PRICE for the inconveniences.Property Manager Responded

March 23, 2022I have lived in Sterling Oaks for about 5 years and ever since the property manager, Joseph has been managing the property, there have been some great, noticeable changes. He is a man of his word and is always very pleasant and professional whenever I speak with him. He strives to keep the community safe and a place that the residents feel comfortable. Great Community
March 21, 2022This the Best community I ever rented from. It Starts in the office.. Property Manager Joseph Tyler Ruffin And Assistant Tanya are awesome.. Everyday it's always a smile on there faces and they make sure you feel like your at home. I can actually say I found HOME.. THANK YOU SO MUCH JOSEPH AND TANYA FOR KEEPING THIS PROPERTY UP AND RUNNING. Nice and Clean. Maintenance are always on it whenever you need anything . bugs and apartments are small
November 10, 2020Hello my girlfriend and I have been staying here since may and don’t get me wrong Rose is so nice but the other staff and maintenance people are not . Maintenance will sit in front of your complex most of the day or just watch you and that’s very uncomfortable also, they have a bug problem I pulled the refrigerator as I was cleaning the kitchen and it was big small you name it . It was like they all just ran and it was so nasty . We stay on the top floor and it’s very small barely any living room ...or bedroom space I would not recommend this to anyone.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable and homey
January 27, 2018I've been living here for 6 months and I really like it here. It can be loud because some of the buildings are close to the main road, but the complex installed new windows this year and that has helped significantly with the noise and heating/air costs. I love close to the road and stores, but have never felt unsafe or vulnerable in my apartment. It's convenient location to stores and to get on 64. The place is spacious for a one bedroom place and has a nice walk in closet for storage. The ...appliances are a little outdated, but everything works! The maintance team is very friendly and responds quickly to resolve needs. The woman that works in the office is super friendly and makes it feel like home. Lots of space, little cost.
July 20, 2015This apartment complex offers a variety of styles from single living lofts, to two story town homes. These apartments are also quite spacious , especially considering the amount of space you get. Did I mention that this area also has some of the top schools in Norfolk in this area. So why did my apartments get the average rating? Can we say out dated? Old appliances and counter tops. And let's just say that some of the neighbors are a little rough around the edges.
