March 7, 2018Here's the deal, from what I have witnessed. The leasing will work with you, she will not hold prior eviction, background, or utility bill defaults against you, which is a catch 22, because that may be a contributing factor to often sounds of gunshots, more than normal trash on the ground, and a hard to contact leasing agent. Yes, my roommate moved out on the 1st. He abandoned the lease even though he has a prior eviction, a background for theft of utilities, and a outstanding light bill; but the ...leasing agent overlooked in in November and it's now March and he has skipped out on the year lease. The outrageous part of the story is that on the 1st, 4, 6, and today the 7th I have noticed that he has been in the leasing office hanging out, and each day upon seeing him, I have asked to read and sign my new lease that me and leasing agent discussed, and i have yet to be given a new lease to sign. Two of the days she said FedEx is late delivering her ink, another time she said she haven't been able to get it ready, and since I have noticed that the office isn't open more than 4 hours each day, it is hard to arrive when the office is actually open during it's normal business hours. Also, her daughter is always in the office, which is okay, but it seems that in today's society, with so much violence in schools and the workplace this is hazardous. So in the end, this is great for low income or your first apartment, but for a contributing member of society that depends on a organized life style it's frustrating not being able to get routine maintenance, a competent office staff, a quiet environment, a clean environment, and a productive property management agent, this complex should be your last choice; if a choice at all. 05/07/2018Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It's Home To Me
July 24, 2015Its not where you stay but its how you live. I don't have much but ITS HOME TO ME. It use to be a nicer place but this generation has become harder to live with and around. I love my apt because its mine but since my fiance was murdered 2years ago its hard playing catch up alone. That would be a blessing if I was to win....LORD knows I deserve too and he knows I honestly need it. THANKS IN ADVANCE...AND CONGRATULATIONS TO WHOMEVER WINS BECAUSE EVERYONE DESERVES A LITTLE HELP SOMETIMES.Review from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
