May 28, 2024The apartment was great very clean and nice. I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Close to downtown Stevens Point and UWSP. The landlord was excellent and easy to get in contact with.Review from Apartments.com

No hot water at all
August 22, 2023The place is clean, haven't had an issue with residents. But hot water is non-existent, if you ever want a hot shower, avoid this place. I've been cranky and angry every morning since moving in and trying to take showers/baths or whatever. Being forced to take a cold shower without a choice sucks and I would have gone literally anywhere else if I knew it would be this bad beforehand.Review from Apartments.com
