Well maintained and Safe place to live
November 21, 2023Stevens Walk is a well-maintained property that is safe and very convenient to numerous shopping and food services entities in the Beltsville area. Also very convenient to interstate access and public transportation. The owner continues to invest in updating the property and the staff have consistently and promptly addressed any maintenance concerns brought to their attention. The residents are well mannered and polite. The complex is small, homely, and therefore does not suffer the ...derogatory issues common to much larger properties in the area. In the nearly ten years I have resided here, I have witnessed only one instance of behaviors that raised a safety concern. The property rules are reasonable and well documented. I enjoy my apartment and hope the environment continues to be maintained at its current level of comfort. The last time I completed a survey I made a critical remark about the parking and the condition of the trash areas. Since then, it is apparent both of those areas have been addressed with concrete investments that have help mitigate those concerns. Accessible, Safe, Clean, Family Friendly, and Amazing Staff!
October 1, 2021I recommend Stevens Walk Apartments to anyone looking for a family friendly community and is accessible to your job in the DC, Northern VA, and or Southern MD area. Then this apartment is for you. The staff are informative and respectful even during a time of crisis (power outages; not common). In addition, apartment has updated appliances if that is a interest to you. Overall, I am enjoying my stay here at Stevens Walk Apartments, and I hope you will consider them!!!Property Manager Responded
