September 28, 2024Estuve rentando por poco más de un año y fue horrible. Se pueden escuchar las voces de otros departamentos, hay perros enormes y por lo tanto las cacas que NO RECOGEN también lo son. Había un olor horrible por la suciedad del perro del vecino que vivía en la parte de abajo, reportamos muchas veces y solo fueron a hacer una inspección pero no solucionaron nada, no podíamos abrir las ventanas por el olor, lo percibíamos dentro del área de la lavadora y secadora, en el baño también. Después de 4 ...meses el problema seguía y por eso decidimos irnos. Terrible place
January 29, 2024I rented here from April 2019 to March 2023. Walls are paper thin, can hear normal conversation in the apt next to you. Dog poop EVERYWHERE, no joke on a lap around the complex id see 15-20 logs that some owner didnt pick up. People used to be great but now they suck. Lots of very loud & aggressive residents, felt like an unsafe place by the time i left. Saw people get arrested, CPS on multiple occasions, animal control for neglect, you name it. Management staff changes every 2-3 months, not an ...exaggeration. Cant speak on them because im sure not a single person who worked for Essex in march 2023 still works there. Maintenance was actually great. Nice timely, etc. the only positive of living there. Parking is a nightmare for yourself and dont even think about having a guest come visit because they have to park half a mile away. Trash is a constant issue with bins overflowing. Never rent here
July 12, 2022I am giving one star because there is no option of giving 0 star or minus (-) star. This place is ridiculous. When I signed the leased they never told or mentioned anywhere that apartment doesn't come with AC unit. This is so fake. This is the first time i have ever heard that apartment does not come with AC unit. But there are two heaters inside the apartment. Tried to call to leasing office but never get a hold of them. When i got the hold of management they are so rude and doesn't know how to ...talk or listen to customer problems. The lady was arguing with me and talking over me. They are ridiculously expensive and no compensation of the days i suffered here in the heat. They still want me to pay the bill for 3 days. And they told me if i want to get a new apartment with AC unit , it's come under different floor plans. They are so stupid. They just want to make money just by charging extra for no reason. September 7, 2018Swat team entered the other day to get some on on Warrant Charges . Rent is sky high and parking is a mess maintenance takes forever to fix something and rent late fee $85. worst customer service very disappointed with front desk
December 21, 2017I read review of Stevenson is all right bad customer service no professional all is right with me too . I just visited yesterday front desk person was not giving proper response yesterday as well whatever I asked her she said she don’t know or she can’t tell all answer was like that only . Yesterday she gave me quotation of 2 Bed and 1.5 bath and she told me it’s valid for 24 hour .then today my husband called took appointment for see same apartment within 24 hour . When I called her again ...Deepa picked my phone I said want to book apartment n want to cancel appointment for my husband what he took then she said now apartment price is changed by some XX amount I told her I called within 24 hour but she was not ready to listen . She said its more than 24 hour may be its 30 min more but my husband called within 24 hour that thing she is not ready listen . She is giving irrelevant explanation. She is increasing apartment price like STOCK market . If they can’t stick to their word for price they can’t make fool to client . Whoever reading this review believe me don’t go this apartment and apartment person don’t stick with word they change . Don’t go ...!!! Don’t go ...!!!! Very poor staff
December 20, 2017If you planning to get apartment or home here be ready to experience the worse management. They don't even have sense how to talk to there customers. Today they will tell you once price tomorrow they will tell you different if you miss the appointment by 30 mins. And be ready to argue if you tell something which is in not in their favor. Stevenson Place
August 10, 2015Do not rent from this apartment complex. It is a dirty frat/halfway house for foreigners on visa's. There are about 20 male college students per apartment that rotate daily. 5-10 leave with suitcases and 5-10 come in. They are dirty, filthy, woman and animal hating disrespectful with no manners. The complex is dirty, old and run down. My dog and my cat have been kicked, stomped and yelled at to the point where my dog is getting afraid to be near anyone with out barking and scared. I had ...to find a new home for my cat due to the management accusing my very friendly cat of attaching future tenants. They sit, lean, smoke and loiter around your vehicles to the point of causing damage to your vehicle. Other tenants also will take your laundry out and put theirs in to use your money or they will just throw theirs in with yours.
